The WholeAbility Flow™ Bubble Cards are a visual communication and emotional awareness tool designed to help individuals recognise, explore, and express emotions in a safe, structured, and non-judgemental way.
Using the WholeAbility Flow Bubble Framework, the cards support individuals to understand their feelings, identify underlying needs, and explore self-regulation strategies — at their own pace.
What’s Included

Each emotion is paired with repeatable prompts:

How to Use the Bubble Cards
