Each template captures the richness of children’s voice, actions, and expression while helping educators analyse context, relationships, routines, environments, and next steps. These formats support a holistic, ecological approach to observation aligned with WholeChild Flow™ and Bronfenbrenner’s microsystems theory.

Educators can choose between the Bubble Layout, which visually maps interactions and developmental patterns, and the Graph Layout, which supports digital or structured documentation styles
